What can i visit in a 10 hour transit in Istambul??? What are the best things...

 Ok. Your time is very limited but you can jump in a taxi from the airport and go to Sultanahmet , where you can at least see Aya Sofya ( Hagia Sophia ) museum which is one of the canditates for the new seven wonders of the world. Next to it is Topkapı Palace Museum where you can see the Ottoman Heritage exibitions, a part of the Ottoman treasury and the Harem. There is a nice restaurant inside where you can taste Turkish food and enjoy a magnificent scienery of Bosphorus.If you have time, I would suggest you to walk down or better take a taxi to Eminönü and take a short Bosphorus tour with the small tour boats so you can get an overall view of İstanbul.
