 is there any restriction for australian Permanent resident to stay in australia... ...atleast few months in a year? i am actually a student in australia but i need to go back home(india) to take care of my dads bussiness for some time. this might be like 6 months per year. so once if i applied PR will there be any restriction for me to stay in australia for few months or should i return to australia in regular intreval?

| yes there are restrictions,you must spend more than 6 months in Australia every year, check the immigration site for Australia
