Well I would give you an answer but I don't know what type of person you are. I would browse your answers and questions to kind of get a jist of who you are but they're on private so I really think that this decision has to do with what kind of person you are so I would say to go to Germany judging on the only thing I know about you and that is your avatar. Since you have a picture of a fly I would suggest you go to Germany because its more rough and not as prissy as France. And you know France can be prissy. For some reason I think you would appreciate a heavier language manly looking structures and a very reasonalbe drinking age and you know what's legal in Amsterdam. Not that I would suggest you doing that in Amsterdam.....but I don't know like I said I know it's not good to judge a book by it's cover but there's nothing else help you on.
