 Pulled pork sandwiches in Germany? We are going to Germany to visit some relatives and they want to have a cookout. I'd like to make pulled pork sandwiches. In the States I use a pork shoulder, which is either called a pork shoulder roast or Boston Butt. Are there similar cuts available in Germany? Do you know what it is called? Or will I just have to buy one here and carry it on ;-) ?
