 Are New Yorkers friendly people? ok, now I've never been anywhere close to America and the only things I ever really hear about NY and its people is that they're hard, tough, and can be mean. And of course I don't want to believe it (though perhaps some people could be like that) because I don't know too much about New York. I'd really love to visit there one day but what I've heard I was never too sure. So, what's it like there? People and all? thx bumpanndgrind-that's what i'm saying, i don't want to believe the stereotype when i don't know too much about NY...just sayin'
