We have The Soho Loft "www.TheSohoLoft.com" and 5 apartments in doorman buildings in New York City and miami that we wanted to trade use as many are empty in exchange for using peoples vacation homes, houses or apartments in europe and the Caribbean as well as in the us? We find hotels costly and boring and rather experience this. We are going traveling this summerCan you put out feelers and see which of your friends may be interested trading their apartment or house? We would consider summer houses, vacation houses even outside metropolitan cities in EUrope in exchange for our corporate housing apartment or staying at the loft at a future date?We stayed at hotels but in Newport, Rhode Island managed to trade housing with a friend. We Loved it this weekend as we stayed at a large 2000 square feet house. Windows were open the whole weekend and we enjoyed light breezes throughout the day. We stayed in a lovely neighborhood and managed to star gaze at night from the bedrooms private terrace. Now we rather do that than stay in a hotel again.It would Work like a trade with my units in New York City or Miami. Of course they don't have to stay at my places at the same time as we stay with them. They can collect an apartment at a future date. What do you think?
