 does a tourist in australia is able to apply for volunteering proggrame? im from indonesia and going for a vacation in australia (melb) for 3 weeks, can i volunteering in local shelter/zoo ?

| I heard that volunteering counts as "work", so if your visa doesn't allow you to work then you can't volunteer either. Call the consulate to double check.
