Jetblue airways cancled a flight after a delay of over 5 hours. The flight was delayed because of the weather, but it was cancled BECAUSE the crew had ran out of time to fly for the day and couldn't find a new crew to fly the plane. We had taxied to the runway and had to turn around because the pilot ran out of time for himself to fly, and they had to cancle the flight for that reason. After the flight was canceled we were Re-booked on a new flight at a different airport over 2 hrs away. We had to rent a car, and stay at a hotel for the night, which most airlines would have taken care of these accomidations. My claim is for 1453.10 for the Tickets, hotel, rent a car, and meals and inconvience we faced on this trip from hell. Do we have a shot at winning this if Jetblue, infact decides to flight this claim.
