Russia isn't in Europe so why would they use the Euro?

Every country of Eu. But other European country can accept euro but I think is better for you to exchange them.

russia is on process of joining, estonia agreed to join and has already convert their currency, wil sweden didnt so it means they wont accept and last finland has used euri for several years already...russia is part of europe...
