can someone from Holland (preferably Amsterdam) please answer this question?

Is it true that Holland is to follow Britain in introducing the smoking ban? And if so what does this mean for coffee shops? Will they be excempt from the ban or will we need to stand out in the rain smoking? Or will they just be closed down? I just dont think I would be able to handle that.....

the ban applies to coffee shops, though i can't remember the details i think they have a way around it somehow.
