Aussies: What's the best and worst thing about living in Australia?

One best, one worst, points awarded for originality (ie. not using the weather as the best, we all know it's *nearly always* great!)

My best is the genuine openness and friendliness you find everywhere, even in the cities, even among teenage kids.

The worst is that there's no amazon.com or seemingly anything similar. That ****s but not enough to make me leave

Good things: Beaches, women

Bad things: Crime, grot, pushy people, rude people, people who dont stop and help you, people who cant accept other's opinions.

It was enough to make me leave my home country aussie

Worst - nowhere to travel within the continent(unless you're traveling to another coastal town).

Best Is its laid back people
Worst it takes a long time to get from one place to another especially in my state WA.

best - the laid back lifestyle we don't give a bugger attitude.
worst - we tend to sometimes get a big head about things i.e. sport ( well we can't help it - we love sport)

The best thing about Australia,
(just so you know the weather is hardly EVER great, i cant remember when it was good) Although, Australia has a really friendly vibe, and every one talks to every one even if you dont know them. EG. walking down the street and saying a general hello to some one.

Australia is really safe, no natural disasters, thunder occasionally although it usually goes on at night. I think generally australia is great because of the people.
