passed away? It is not a heating and cooling issue in the house either. I also know body temperature drops a little when u sleep.

Though I do like the answer and do agree in part with the answer about shock.
another reason might be, that you are being visited by the ghost of those that have passed away. They are appearing to you in dreams, possibly are either being attracted to you, or your dreams of them.
My experience with ghosts has been that they sort of give me a very cold feeling/vibration, and I feel they are ****ing my warmth away, but not in a way that i fear them. It might be a method they require so they can connect with you ...so that they can be 'seen' or atleast 'felt' so that you may know their presence. I hope this gives you some insight.
I have never found any of my sightings/experiences to be a reason to be frightened of them.

I think you answered your own question regarding body temperature. My wife will wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and she'll always be colder than when she went to bed. I know because she shuts the overhead fan off and sometimes I catch her I'm always warm.

He instantly started shivering and crying and he was an adult. That is what happens when you experience intense fear coming on suddenly before you had a chance to put any reasoning behind it.
