I personally don't believe in ghosts and I have never seen one before. My family and I have moved into a new subdivision. When every one else in my family started noticing things. Things move around by themselves and shake and vibrate. They also see pulsations of light coming from the chandelier near the front door. A couple of times the toilet in the bathroom near the garage will just flush by itself, I admit, I heard this also. It's not just our house. There was a neighborhood BBQ and people started to talk. All four houses on the coldersack are experiecing these happenings. Nobody living here wants to go public on this because, it can harm property values. I was just wandering if any one knew what this was. Will it go away in time? Will it harm my family or the neighbors? Is its possible that brand new homes can be haunted? We don't want an investigation we would just appreciate answers. THANKS!We had the electrical work and plumbing tested about a week ago. They all tested fine. And things don't just move around a couple of feet. I sould have mentioned things move from downstairs to upstairs, and from room to another w/o human contact.

If it's a new sub-division(new homes) could be a possibility there was an old grave site or people(s) buried there, even if it's been excavated. Is it colder sometimes? Don't be scared of these happenings in your home. They may never go away, I have had many of these experiences at my grandparents & ancestral homes in NZ. Homes that have been in the family for over 200yrs! Many had died in these houses that I grew up in yet that was where I felt at home & nurtured , I feel that spooky cold & weird silent presence & photos falling, some people feel nauseous & can't b in that house. As for your experience, have a priest come thru to bless the house or u can have your own personal ritual, a blessing & aknowledgement of the entity in your home with your family.You feel something, talk to them! let them know u hear them & it's ok to move on, explain to them like children, they don't know sometimes where they are. Yet again, DON'T BE AFRAID! Be more afraid of the living than the dead....saying I was told as a child.

Okay, just my thoughts here since I'm a paranormal investigator AND married to an electrician: yes, all the houses can be haunted because it can be theland more than the buildings themselves. Shaking and vibrating could be anything from vehicles on the road to underground water movement. The lights pulsing could be the wiring. If I was your family and the neighbors, I would look into having an electrician friend, plumber friend,etc, look into some of these things and go from there. You can do research and find out about the possibility of underground waterways. I believe in ghosts and such, but I also believe you should look into the obvious first and eliminate that first.

sickness can come to you in a haunted house.things move.I was sick for one year so I moved and it stopped within a few days.electrical and plumbing problems are mostly just that.
