should i make my own runes or would buying them be just as fine?

I could probably craft my own but it would take for ever getting everything and stuff so.. would buying be okay to? would they work just as fine?

They will work equally well — that is, not at all — no matter how you obtain them. So make your own and save money, or buy them and save time. Up to you.

I recommend making your own runes for mind, air, water, fire, and earth runes. Those ones you can make a lot of without need high levels. Otherwise, buy them.

I am sure buying them would be just as good, but its always more fun and rewarding to make stuff yourself.
I am not sure what you want runes for, but if you are talking about rune stones like on dungeons and dragons, I would not hold my breath waiting for magical things to happen.
I had a great +5 fire rune stone for my wizard, but that is just fantasy. In real life it would just be a rock, maybe +5 bash on the head or something.
