| Everyone has intuition. Extra Sensory Perception is another way to put it, but I think most people understand intuition. Some have more of it natually than others. I think it's important to start with meditation, whichever style works for you. The idea is to be able to just "be" and let your senses open up. There are many good meditations. Here is a sight you might try, it's a great site with simple yet deep meditations. Another way to open your senses up is to trust your instincts. Lots of times we get a twisting in our gut about a situation, and ignore it (logic usually gets in the way of intuition.) or say I'm acting silly and then regret it later.
