Kryesore most haunted. where did derek acorah go?
was he sacked for being to "possessed"? or did he retire? apparantly he left on series 7.

I read an interview with Yvette and she reckons they sacked him for faking. They planted some obvious clues, like a name on on some notepaper, next thing he is getting 'possesed' by that very person. Also they said he was acting out violently too! I personally though he was hiliarious and the best thing on that show

He went to a mental hospital. He made himself believe he was possessed... this happened in every old house he wandered into.... poor old nutty Derek.

I know he and Yvette didn't get on off-screen, and that he has his on crappy show now as well.Didn't know he was sacked for faking, but frankly I'm not surprised - he was as transparent as an Everest window!It was a great show in he beginning, but quite honestly, it's boring now, just Ms Fielding and her chums scaring the daylights out of themselves and screaming like little girls at the slightest noise or shadow.
