I have recently went to a website to try out telekinesis and found out how to create energy 'shields.' I followed the steps and when I opened my eyes after visualizing, I saw a faint wall-like thing (I can't really describe it). It almost looked like just thin air, but when I looked at it closer it appeared to have a wall form. I didn't visualize it with any properties, and so it did nothing but sit still until I advanced toward it, at which point it vanished. Where do you think I can recieve more teachings on this subject? Perhaps a chatroom I can join (irc, or whatever) PLEASE ONLY ANSWER IF YOU ARE A TK BELIEVER, WE WILL IGNORE SKEPTICS!
I actually ment how to use it BETTER! I want to manipulate energy around me more effeciently. I just want to know where I can learn to hone my psychic skills (like a website, not an institute). I know that sounds crazed, but I don't have the time to drive anywhere to meet someone or take a class.
