| I turned to my religion. Somehow it just calmed me right down.there are otherways though, like you could imagine that you are in a white bubble, This is a pure bubble that no evil can enter. Aslong as you are in the bubble no evil can each you.You could also justimagine happy things, or you could see yourself facing the gohsts/ spirits or what ever it is that is concerning you and tell them to leave you alone

| close my eyes, or turn on the light, you can try turning on the tv till you fall asleep.

| A nightlight might help, or you could play some quiet soothing music when you go to bed. Maybe some light jazz or easy listening. It should be quiet enough to hear but not so quiet that it keeps you from sleeping.

| I don't see how in the world someone could be scared of a movie. It's nothing but actors and sets. Movies are not real life. As for ghosts or spirits, I haven't met up with any yet, although I sure would like to. Look at it this way, Have you had a specter attack you?? Until you have proof that they exist, don't worry about it. Have you ever heard of documented proof that a spirit has actually killed somebody?? Sounds like your imagination is in overload.

| Stop watching that crap in the first place. Then turn to regular methods to sleep better. Like drinking warm milk & honey, regular excercise and light meditation. Your fear is not about ghosts or scary movies, it is about other real life things. Solve those first!
