You need to pray to God and talk to him. Read his word - the bible. You can get out of this bondage if you just believe and talk to christ. In the bible it says you will not be given any thing you can not bear. So you know you are strong enough to got out of this but you still need christ. Stay strong in Christ and you can do anything!

Without knowing what your "bondage" consists of, it is hard to answer. This sounds like a question for our Christian friends on here--but when I want strength, I look deep into myself and can usually find it. Prayer, meditation or whatever way of connecting to Diety you practice will certainly help. And remember "God never closes a door without opening a window somewhere". Good luck and Blessings.
