| are still move able? I know that was a lot of detail in one question, but it has happened to me a LOT. No I wasn't in an accident or anything. It only happens before I sleep, but not asleep, just laying there. Could it be a paranormal phenomenon? I've heard that it's part of an OBE (out-of-body experience) but I'm not sure. Also when this happens I can't breathe, I can just look around with my eyes. And that's just the beginning of this experience, I don't think anyone would believe me if I told you the rest that happened a few times. >_

| I believe you are going through Sleeping Paralysis. I'm not too sure, but I was just like you when I was at young age. Please research "Sleeping Paralysis" on google.com or something and see if it's what you're going through.

| It is the start of an OBE. You can take it were you want from there but be sure of what you are doing before you try to go farther. Do your research!

| You're most likely more a sleep then you think. The brain release a chem. that paralizes the body during sleep ,to protect you from hurting yourself. Most of us are never awear of it but some like you the concious mind is still active ,eigther at the begining of sleep or the end of sleep!
