Is a ghost getting my dog in trouble?

I had a dog named gracie and she died last year. She was 11 years old. Gracie was a good dog but sometimes she was bad. She would stand up at the counter and get doggy foot prints all over it. Now I got another dog and he is a good dog. he sits and does everything good. I notice sometimes there is food missing and there is doggie foot prints on my counter. I think Gracie is coming back to get Boeboe in trouble cause she is jealous, but my friends say its Boeboe being bad. I know Boeboe isnt bad though he is a good boy. How do I make my friends know that its a ghost. I tried to take pictures and the ghost never came while I was there.

Maybe you should set up a ghost trap. Put peanut butter in it - ghosts love peanut butter. Then go see a psychiatrist.

u could try putting boeboe in a cage inside the house while ur away and see if nething happens...

you would have to set up a video camera and have boeboe home alone, this should work. you may be able to hire or borrow a camera.

I believe dogs and cats stay with you throughout your life. Maby the dog isnt trying to get the other one in trouble but trying to get YOUR attention in letting you know she is still there. You may want to crate your other dog up overnight and see if the paw prints still come out. If they do then there is your proof! I dont think you are crazy at all and I do think you ghost dog just may be trying to reaffirm that she is still there with you and for you! Be happy! Most pet owners that lose a beloved pet can only wish this to happen to them. You should feel VERY special!

Try this simple experiment. Keep Boeboe confined for three days in a separate house so he will have not access to the counter. If the doggy prints appear even with Boeboe confined, Gracie's ghost caused the trouble and the mystery is solved.
