I wish to know here who believes in ghosts. I don't, im a skeptic atheist. Therefore, I would also like reasons why you do/don't. Frankly, saying "I have seen one" isn't enough. I would like some watertight evidence.

Yes, I do. I'm sorry you won't except eyewitness experience. Until you have the @#!$ scared out of you by an unhappy spirit, you won't get any watertight evidence.It is not a question of belief, but one of experience - just ask anyone who has seen one.

the house I grew up in had loads of weird happenings, like heavy footsteps running after you when you walk up the stairs (we all ran up the stairs for this reason), plus i was sat in my room at my desk and an empty glass that was in the middle of the table slowly moved to the edge of the table, hovered for a second in mid air and then dropped on the floor (obvioulsy I shat myself!) an old sounding radio (one that we dont own) used to play late at night from the sitting room, we did ouijji board and loads of banging came from under my chair (we were on the ground floor so no one can get under the house or anything. everytime i went into my bedroom at night and switch the light on the blub would blow, then the same would happen to my night light. i was listening to a tape in my bedroom when only me and my sister was home, i went to her room next door to ask her something and the tape had stopped playing and disapeared when i came back 1 minute later, i looked everywhere for it but it was no where, then when i went back into my room again it was playing. so yeah, i believe in ghosts!

Ghosts are genies / jinx actually.. Genies are able to change form, means they can appear as human, or as other creatures. 'Ghost' form is one of the form they can change themselves into..ghost are scary because they look so ugly, right? Well, the reason being, according to the knowledge i got from one religion, is b'cos they're 'not so nice'..Do u know that, the most evil human is said to be, the kindest jinx? Genies are made from fire, while humans from soil. Part of fire are invisible to our eyes; the hotter part of fire. Thats why usually we can't see them. Soil is stable, has fixed form.I do believe they exist, but actually, we don't need to be afraid of them. they don't effect much in our lives. Plus,humans are more superior from them.. Right?

Ghosts are one of those things that you probably won't believe in unless you experience the phenomenon yourself. I lived in the top floor of a house that had a spirit presence. Things moving off of shelves to land, unbroken several feet away, my daughter talking about the "funny lady", my husband seeing someone in the door when I was not home. As we were preparing to move across country, my land lady told me there had been a woman who hung themselves in what was our bathroom. I think we use the term "ghost" in lieu of a better way to describe some of the things that cause us to know there is a force outside of the natural realms causing events to happen in our realm. Whatever you want to call it...I have experienced it.
