Am I seeing ghosts?

okayy. recently at night, i always feel like im being followed. sometimes i see outlines of people out of the corner of my eye, but when i look where it was its gone. i live in orange county, CA, so its not anyplace known for ghosts. i know it sounds stupid, but until the past week or so, this hasn't happened.

this is under the section of paranormal phenomena. if only there was a section for paranoid psychopaths

you're probably just paranoid. ghosts don't exist. you are seeing shadows playing tricks with your mind, which is easy to fool about such things because you are paranoid. you're safe. the Martians aren't about to abduct you either.
