About a year ago I had a near death experience that seemed to have opened a portal to the paranormal, ever since ive noticed the ability to hear the dead around me. At first i thought maybe it was just voices in my head, but over time i realized i could talk to those that have passed.

After much research my girlfriend and i realized im clairaudient and that it wasnt something id be able to easily ignore. I've learned to accept it.

But here lately ive had a female spirit that seems to really hate me and i think its connected with something ive done in my past that i deeply regret. I've woken up with unexplained bruises and scratches on my legs, my stomach and back. And tonight ive been sitting here, talking to my girlfriend and watching tv, and i suddenly felt a sharp pressing pain down the middle of my back. upon inspection my best friend told me i have scratches deep enough to cause bleeding.

What allows a spirit to do this? What message do u think she is trying to send me?
I'm beginning to be really freaked out by this spirit, and really angry that she feels the need to do this to me. I know it's a female, because i've tried to get the spirits around me to explain why this is happening. Unforn, these two related spirits aren't helpful and dont give me straight answers. With the clues given I believe i've come to the conclusion that they are the relatives, dead relatives.

Do you think its just a punishment for what ive done in the past? Do spirits linger around in order to get "revenge?" Do any other mediums have advice how to be able to control the feelings and emotions these energies bestow upon me?

Any comments would be appreciated, ive never dealt with anything like this before and dont know how to stop it.

**Just to make it clear, i didnt do anything to her physically, ive never even met this woman.

The issue is with someone (whom is still alive) that she's related to somehow and she seems to be angry on her behalf.
