Who has Cotto beat that is any good?

Why is cotto so highly rated when his best opponent was a SHOT zab judah. (note that he also cheated in the match be using low blows)

Cotto did not cheat, all the low blows was unintentional. He has been known to give accidental low blows because he is a destructive body punching artist. He beat undefeated Carlos Quintana by TKO for the WBA welterweight title. He was knocked out by undefeated Ricardo Torres but he went back and knocked him out in round 7. Nine of his last ten fights were all by knockout.

I've been saying for a long time that Cotto is carefully protected and has never fought any great fighters. Torres was good but no one knew him then and he is not an elite fighter. Judah is okay but a head case. Cotto has never beaten an elite fighter not yet anyways.

You hit the nail on the head he beat a shot zab judah. I think if Mosley's speed is still there he will expose Cotto. Now Mosley is someone that has beaten & lost to quality fighters. Judah showed that Cotto is easy to hit which Zab did & had Cotto hurt & then Cotto hit him low twice. Maybe Zab was shocked that someone used his measures when he gets into trouble. Cotto has beaten a ton of mexican fighters that no one knows & now has beaten Zab & now everyone thinks he's the next big thing. I think Mosley beats him by 10th round TKO.
