| about 3 weeks ago i got my first pair of ice skates (reidell 121). i've only skated in them 4 times but they are already showing signs of rust on the blades! im really annoyed cos i always make sure i dry the blades as soon as i get off the ice and again when i get home, and i've only had the skates for a short time! i havent been able to get soakers until today tho do you know wot i can do to reduce the rust and stop it spreading? also wot can i put on the blades to repel water? the rust hasnt spread right onto the edges yet but its just above them.... |
