Running and Blisters - HELP PLEASE? I ran in my first 5k in June and am signed up to do another one next weekend. In my running over the past several weeks I have gotten a blister twice in the same area! Last time I popped it and then was fine. I know I need new sneakers (I am going to go and get a fitting but just can't afford it right now) but need a quick fix on what to do.
Running this morning hurt really bad where my blister is so should I just pop it and hope that another one doesn't appear by next Sunday! I plan on running quit alot this upcoming week!
PLEASE HELP! I am in love with running and don't want to stop for anything!
