The only Change i would make is i would take away the Champion's Advantage so a Wrestler is defending a title he he or she gets disqualified or counted out they would loose their title

i would do alot of changes, but there are a few things i would do more than others. like attract more of the older audience instead of turning it into the kids show that it is today. then i would rearrange the rostersto re-create raw into the old wwf, smackdown into wcw, and (wwe) ecw into the old ecw.

Ooh, this is going to be fun! Good question! Okay, where oh where do I begin?1. Creator of the XFL & ruiner of professional wrestling Vince McMahon would hear the words he's said so often: you're fired. Not only would he be gone, but I'd do everything in my power to eliminate every last reference to him & his family, who would also be gone. His son-in-law, Triple H, could stay if he didn't mind his wife getting canned (nice bod but her voice annoys me), but that would probably be it.2. Jim Ross: gone! At least in an announcing capacity. I can't stand his voice & I hate how his stupid catchphrases make Oklahomans sound like morons. I might keep him in some other business capacity, because he does know the business, but I can't be sure. His announce position would be filled by Tony Schiavonni, if he would take the job.3. Jerry "The King" Lawler: retire or go back in the ring. He's still young enough & in decent enough shape to at least be a jobber. If he didn't want to do that, tough. The guy is as good at wrestling as he is annoying at commentating. He needs to either be in the ring or off the mic. If I could recruit him, Mike Tenay would replace him. I would have picked Bobby "The Brain" Hennan, but I don't think his vocal chords can tolerate the job any longer, so "The Professor" is my choice.4. John Cena: history! Use his money to recruit some up-and-comers with actual talent. Also, I'd auction off that piece of junk they made for a title belt that he carries, & the other piece of junk that was the U.S. title when he carried it, & use the money from the auction for my recruiting drive.5. Massive recruiting drive. I would scout out talent from other organizations, & replace less talented people in WWE with them. Among the organizations I would target would be TNA, NWJP, the luche libre circuit, & various other promotions around the world. I would try to find a lot of rookies who are looking for a break & have talent but work cheaply. I would also bring in some luchadors, & enforce the traditions of luche libre, incorporating them into the rules of the WWE. Finally, I would try to bring back in some high-dollar, big name talent if I could afford it, starting small at first & recruiting more as funds became available, putting the money back in the business. Some, but not all, of the talent I would target would be Goldberg, Brock Lesnar, Sting, The Rock, the Steiner Brothers, DDP, Stevie Ray (I'd reunite Harlem Heat & get rid of the King Booker gimmick), Jeff Jarett (I know it's unlikely to recruit him from his own company, but it is a fantasy, after all, & I might offer him a partnership deal), Kurt Angle, Paul Wight, & Ernest "The Cat" Miller.6. Jake "The Snake" Roberts would be offered a writing position. He was promised one by Vince McMahon, & then stabbed in the back. I would try to set this right, & see what he could do.7. I would try to get Hulk Hogan & Rowdy Roddy Piper to return for one final charity match. All proceeds from the night of this match would go to a children's charity of both wrestlers' choice, or be split between 2 charities if they couldn't agree on one to receive the money. Ultimately, whether you're a fan of Hogan or Piper, the real winners would be the fans & the kids.8. There would be a LOT more wrestling. Pro wrestling is about the matches, not the talking. Interviews would be limited to very short segments, with wrestling taking up approximately 75% of the time.9. Storylines that take up an entire programming segment between commercials would be a thing of the past.10. I would try to get a retired legend of the business as a guest color commentator for every pay-per-view.

I would start phasing out all of the wrestlers that are 40+ starting with Flair, HBK, and HHH. HTese guys are overexposed and have been around too long. Besides, lately they have been getting injured way too mcuh. I would switch Flair to be a mouth piece only, no in-ring action unless it is to take a bump. I owuld use HBK to put over some young talent and keep him out of the main event. When HHH came back, I would do the same with him.Then I would get rid of the creative staff. Dusty Rhodes' time was about 20 years ago. The only thing Stephanie knows how to do is sleep with the talent and tell her daddy how great he is. The writers seem like they are trying to be funny all of the time instead of just writing a show. I would hire some young, wrestling savvy writers and put them with some veterans that are fresh out of the business to help the younger talent coreograph their matches and get over on their promos.I owuld also scale back the schedule for a while. WIth younger talent, I would be able to afford it since I wouldn't have to pay them as much. I would run the TV tapings like they used to with having one live week of Raw and tape Smackdown right after. Then on Tuesday, I would tape the next week's Raw and Smackdown. That way the guys would be fresh and it would give the creative staff more time to come up with ideas. As for ECW, I would give it back to Heyman and let him run it as a developmental fed in the northeast. I put it on local syndicated television in the New York/Philadelphia market like it used to be. I would only allow Heyman to have 3-4 PPV's a year that way the rest of the nation would get a chance to watch some of the youngsters to decide which one was ready to be moved up. I would have people in place to make the financial decisions for Heyman and leave him mostly in creative role.Also, the Smackdown/Raw shows' talent would be combined.
