| You wouldn't really send it to anyone. if you are interested in having a shot running the 100 dash at the olymbics you would have to participate in a timed official race that would qualifly you to be a part of team america. As to where you would find this information, you would have to check with your main city in your state. Call info or something. Sorry I can't help in that department.Good Luck!!
