 How often should I replace my golf club grip? Butch Harman (former swinging coach of Tiger Woods) says one should change club grip at least once every year, do people really do that? How often do u change yours?

| The more you use your clubs, the more you're going to wear your grips. I probably will use my clubs less this year than Butch Harman used his last week. So, I won't replace mine until they are worn enough to keep me from feeling I have a solid grip on the club. But, I'm sure that grip manufacturers are loving Harman right now.

| Well,i change mine at first sign of a rip,tear,etc.A grip can last a long time.But not forever.So if u wanna play like tiger woods or phil mickelson change it at 1st sign of wearing.Cause' if u don't it will hurt ur hands.

| i change mine once a month but i have a tight grip and my grips are custom made for me they should be changed once every 6 months

| There are several factors re: replacing grips: How many time's they've been used, how old they are, quality\material of the grip. For a golfer that plays about once a week, grips should last about 1 year, maybe a tad longer. If you replace with cheap grips, they won't last as long.
