I know experience in martial arts matter as in situation wise etc.. but how does it training younger affect your physical limit? My cousin who is 21 trained intensely for three months who had no fighting xp whatsoever had reach his physical peak during that time, so isn't it bull to say training from a younger age gives you an advantage physically since your physical limits are already pre-determined genetically? So more years of experience means that the person is more comfortable with the art, been in more situations etc? It's more mental rather than physical right?

P.S. I don't really care if you agree or disagree, I just need a thorough explaination to your answer.

Yes, experience is about the number of fights they have been in, the more fight experience you have the better you will act under pressure, experience will win over talent in most situations

Also have you herd the term you cant teach an old dog new tricks? people who start in sports early, even other sports unrelated to martial arts, seem to do alot better, i dont know why this is from a scientific view however, oh and physical things is important too, there is really no such thing as a physical peak, you can ALWAYS improve on something, so i dont know how your cousin reached it, maby he just improved alot on what he was before but im sure if he trains more he can be stronger, so training early also gets you in good shape for later on in life
