use a digital camera with a timer and then just download it on your computer

if you get a digital camera it will come with a disc and cord take a picture install the disc and plug the camera up

If you have some pictures you would like stored on your computer, take them to either Kinko's or Wal-Mart and they can put it on a disc and then download it to your PC. If you have a webcam, you can take a snapshot of yourself and then it's already on your PC. I don't know if all of them can do that, but I have a Logistic and it does take snap shots... I do it all the time.
