hey..i have had serious issues with running and i dont understand it at all? I have been running for months now..long runs and short fast runs to work on my mile time...i got it down to 830..which is good for me...and i took two days off to head to the beach for alittle..when I got back I ran once more..just a mile..and found myself totallly dying halfway through..I got over 10 minutess, I had chest pains, a horrible headache, and my legs ached along with dizzyness...a time I never got even close too EVER...even when I wasnt running for months...I dont understand it...I know i skipped two days which is bad but that should'nt give me such a bad time...and i know i was running my hardest..anything...whats wrong? fh starts in 2 weeks and i will never be close to making the team if my mile time is that bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????? help!
