| not really, your just putting on more muscle therefore you are gaining weight......circuit training is best because you loose callories and enhance your endurance! picture arnold shwartneger running a marathon......he wont get far!

| you can lift wiegts but the best hting is to run.. get your glycogen levels up.. and work out your calfs to make them dependable and so they dont tire out easily..
