| i ran in the morning 3 miles and i got home and took a long 45 min nap is it bad

| It's not bad, per se. But part of the reason it is suggested to run in the morning is so it stimulates and increases your metabolism. If you take a nap after, it kind of defeats the purpose. |

| Well, you should never lay down right after a long run. It can cause heart faliure or other medical conditions. You should wait about 10-20 min. before taking a nap.
