Is a 1.5 amp battery charger okay to use on a motorcycle?

Or should I use one that has setting for 10/5/2 amps? Also how do I lift the seat up on a motorcycle and where is the battery? I have a EX500 Kawasaki.Okay I got it up but I don't know where the battery is, is it underneath the fuse box?

The first answer said it. The slower you charge your battery the better it is for your battery and the more life you'll get out of it. During the winter if you store your bike for any amount of time you might think of purchasing a smart charger that will maintain the charge on your battery. You'll get years out of a battery that way.
