 why do black people think that it is ok to tell a white woman she shouldnt have... ...dreadlocks? These people are walking up to my friend randomly on the street, and initiating a dialogue and telling her she shouldnt have dread locks because she isnt a rastafarian. Many different cultures have worn dreads through the centuries, and it is racist to pass judgement on someone based on their looks.
