 Who would answer the call?
How many of you out there would actually take up arms to defend what you belive in? How many of you would b***** and moan about "another solution"? And how many of you would take advantage of the turmoil to further your own goals? A smart man once said : War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

Why would so many of my fellow Americans deny others the freedoms that they themselves have? It almost seems to me that nobility and honor have left the American way of life, and, frankly, I am disgusted. Please tell me there are others who feel like I do. If not, EXPLAIN YOURSELVES!!!
