What is the least racist country or city in the world?

I'm sick of the freakin racism here - it pisses me off....I've tried to ignore it but it's like, I really can't. Maybe I'm just angry right now, IDK.But can anyone tell me which country is the least racist? Or at least the most diverse city (not including NYC) in the world?
