housing opportunity is the fedral funding help to public who doesn't have homes to live but In state of utah they rent to the people who has jobs and leave another people who don't have jobs homelsee for $600 and you know if you don't have they will leave you In cold at homeless sheter is that right thing from utahn to do that to black refugee's or Immigrant who coming to u.s for education or civization?

They probably want to help the people who are trying to help themselves. No one has ever paid for free housing for my family.... we always had to work to pay for where we lived.
