I wear a suit when I have an interview. (I once did an interview when the person was in gym shorts!) I was told by several people that even if the employer says it's casual that you should dress up because if no one else does, you will stand out as prepared and smart.

Its all about a blue blazer, kacki slacks, pale or white shirt and tie. That acknowledges "casual Friday" but is also a bit upscale.

It's always better to be overdressed than under-dressed. Go for the suit.

Wear the suit pants, shirt and tie...leave the jacket home.
