im getting bullied!?

at school im being bullied by my friend and everyone is laughing at me he says that im the dumest person in the class when he isnt to smart. im geting realy upset and hes 12 and im 11 (im male) and then suddenly hes my friend again when i ask him to be my friend then he says yes. please help me!
