how can I improve my listening english?

Im not a native english person, but my job need good listening and oral english. I have some english base, but I couldnot better communicate in english. how can I improve my listening english?

You can try using the speaking and listening tests for IELTS or TOEFL available on the web. I took some tests over and over to see if I'm improving each time. There are a lot of sites that offer this.

Honestly, what helped me to learn a foreign language was just taking every opportunity I could to talk with people. Also, music and movies help a lot too.

You could watch movies in English language that will help you to improve your listening and with the accent. Its a fun way to learn.

Watching English chanels on TV is very useful.
