Do you have a set bedtime? Did you have one when you were a kid?

I just go when I'm tired. Seems to be the most sensible way of doing it. Did the same when I was a kid.

Now it's whenever I like. When I was younger it was 8pm, then 9pm, then 10pm, depending on my age..

thats wat i do in the summer, but during the year, i have to wake up earlier, so i go to bed earliergoing to sleep when ur tired does make a lot of sense though..

When I was a child, I definitely did have one, but now I feel you should just read how your body is feeling...You know when you are ready to call it a night...

now...no it never works something always crops up like something on tv or washing up has to be doneas a kid..it was later even though my folks didnt know..due to homework etc...but it was supposed to be 9...was never allowed to stay downstairs to watch tv whilst they went to bed

Since I'm only in 8th grade, I usually stay up until 10:00 on schoolnights, and like, 3 in teh morning during the summer. And weekends.

when I was younger There was a set time but now that im older sometimes im still up at 2am in the morning and get up at 7:30 the next day

I am told to sleep at eight in sweden, so i can work on farm at 5:30 in morning.

My bed time is usually no later than 11:00 pm. But of course, if the right guy came along he could get me there a lot sooner than 11:00 pm

I'm 13 and I don't really have a bedtime. I go around 11 or 12. But now I go to bed later because it's summer!

Nothing specific as a kid but not too late, now its always later than it should be.
