I am writing a letter but there are a few lines I'm not sure are grammatically right. Can anyone help me please?
Here's what I'm not sure is right: "Happy birthday!! Sorry it took me so long to finish it. I finished drawing it in three hours, but I couldn't find a spray fixative anywhere. I finally found a library about 50 miles away that sells it."
and some lines at the end: " Hope you like it and talk to you soon!"
Did I use the periods and commas in the right place? Also, does it seem like I'm happy or annoyed by my tone?

I'm gonna delete this question in a few minutes....he might be here and i don't want him to know I'm sending him a present. So, thanks in advance!
