| They cant vanish! Even if they die, the bodies would stay in the water. However in the unlikely event of them vanishing, the level would remain the same, due to the sheer volume of the water.

| Unless there are huge numbers of enormous deep-sea creatures we don't know about yet, the drop in sea level would be so slight that you would barely notice it at all. The fraction of living matter in the ocean is tiny compared to the amount of water. (The average depth of the oceans is about 4 km, so that should give you an idea of how much water there is.)
