| I'm sorry- I don't know the answer to your question. But I would like to correct the above post. According to later church historians, Christ was actually born on the order of 5 years BC. Christ "before christ" - I know. The earlier church historians apparently miscalculated the first time around. For a real answer to your question, check out an online calculator. It can figure out the day of the week for future dates, and should be able to do it for past dates too. Just be advised- the calendar has changed some since then, so it is possible but unlikely that the people that were around on Jan 1, 0000 (which would have been the first day anyway- like 2000) thought of it as the same day that comes out of the calendar.
