 I would like to know about an ICs that works for flip flop of an extra high... ...frequency? I look forward to design a device to open electric gates and close them using NPN and PNP transistores but I need first an IC cercuit that gives an alternating out put of both positive and negative out put electrical singes,( and not only positive ) in order to function on controlling the gates , I am a bigginer in that field and so my knowledge is really little , if there are a certain web site that explaines the sort of IC that may help me it will be very helpful.
