How can I dry acetone in a quick and easy manner?

I've heard that you can use Epsom salts (Magnesium sulfate) to do this by heating them in the oven, putting them in the acetone bottle, and the salts would fall to the bottom having absorbed all the water. Would the same thing happen if you just used regular salt (NaCl)?

Also, another way I heard of was to use Silica gel in the same way. Wouldn't this just soak up the acetone as well though?
