| Yes. First of all when a dry ice bomb goes off you have a chance of going deaf and the shrapnel can kill and break windows and secondly you have to be 18 to buy dry ice in san francisco it can also harm ppl around you o and laracrof adry ice bomb wont blow anything near it up all that happens is the compression of gasses from the dry ices expands a container to the bursting point o and there really unpredictaple with timing it could go off 2 seconds after you close or 5 minutes I think it goes under arsen

| Make sure to take a video of it as when you blow off your fingers i will make it to the #1 spot on collegehumor/spikehumor for few days. Oh ya i don't believe the bomb itself is illegal buy the noise it will make is.

| A bomb is classified as an incendiary device intended to cause grevious bodily harm, property damage, and mass destruction. A dry ice bomb falls between a gray area in these terms. There is no incendiary mechanisms of which to speak. There is, however, the shrapnel created when the container the dry ice is in explodes. I would recommend detonating your dry ice bombs in a secluded area far from the prying eyes of your local law enforcers. Have fun and count your fingers afterwards.
